** Our condolences to Tom and Teresa in the sudden loss of their beloved 12 year old son Tommy.  He passed away due to medical complications in late September.  The family always took part in Association events including the mini golf and Blue Jay Baseball game.  Tommy’s smiling face will be sorely missed at the Support Group Meetings
